Investor Qualifications

Our investment opportunities are open to accredited investors with a $50,000 minimum per offering. Both qualified /retirement dollars (self-directed IRA, SEP IRA, Keough) and nonqualified after-tax dollars can be invested.

We target real estate projects that include opportunistic ground up development, deep value-add acquisitions, and/or capital appreciation focus. Asset types we invest in include retail, multi-family, hospitality, residential, land, and mixed-use developments located in high growth markets across the United States.
